The regular season begins in early April and ends
in late June.
This program is designed to
be the child’s
initial experience in organized baseball. Emphasis is on the
very basic fundamentals of the game and of course, playing for
fun. There are no records kept and in this division everyone
comes out a winner. This program, developed with the help of
the Keno Sports and Tommy Holmes of the New York Mets, utilizes
a smaller ball to fit the child’s small hand.
Tri-Township reserves the right
of final player placement based on the child’s ability
to be competitive and make improvement during the season.
Equipment and Uniform
At Tri-Township every age level plays in a properly maintained baseball field.
All children are issued baseball caps, baseball shirts. All equipment is
the latest and no expense is spared when it comes to safety.
